Mustapha Abioye Mustapha was born on November 25, 1963 in Lagos into the family of Late Alhaji (Chief) Atiku Akande Adesina Mogaji of blessed memory and Alhaja Jara’at Ajile Adesina Mogaji.

A graduate of the University of Lagos, where I bagged B.Sc (Hons) Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management in 1995 and proceeded to have post graduate Diploma in Computer Science. He attended several workshop and seminar to further boost his educational capability.
Currently, he is an assistant chief administrative officer in the office of Ifelodun Local Government Education Authority, Share. He is happily married with lovely children.
