Oluwatoyin Alabi was born at Igbaja on 10th March, 1962 to the family of Mallam Saliu Alabi and Madam Aishat Abeo of Ahuwa Compound Igbaja in Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State. He had his Primary School Education at Baptist Primary School, Igbaja from 1969-1975, and attended Baptist Grammar School Igbaja for his secondary education between 1975-1980.

Pastor Toyin Alabi is a 1987 graduate of Food, Science and Technology from the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti. He is experienced and well versed in catering management with  over 30 years cognate experience in the hospitality industry.
He is currently the President/CEO of integrated Catering Company Limited, owner of the brand name:- The Promise. A. company that has carved a niche as a foremost Commercial and Industrial Catering Company in Nigeria with several Outlets of the promise spread across Rivers, Bayelsa, Lagos and Kwara. He also has several Honors to his credit and Award of Excellence in recognition of his Innovations, Management Prowess and Service to humanity.
Pastor Alabi is an Alumnus of Hetta International Development Center New York, a Chocran Fellow of Penn State University, United States of America, A Paul Harris fellow of Rotary Club International, A Fellow of Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria, A Fellow of institute of Strategic Management, and a John Maxwell Certified Trainer on Leadership. Mr. Oluwatoyin Alabi is the immediate past Publicity Secretary, Port-Harcourt Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (PHCCIMA).
He is married to Rev. (Mrs.) Rebecca Ezzine Alabi and they are blessed with children.
